About Us
The Mediterranean coast is hot, but our wood fire grills are hotter. What separates us from the rest is our use of the flame to perfectly sear our meat and fish, true to the techniques and practices of generations before. Our signature Kababs display our true passion for authentic cuisine and are offered in regular kababs, grilled salmon kabab, jumbo shrimp kabab, and kufta kabab.

Dinner
Dinner is always the most important meal of the day in the Mediterranean. Laugh and enjoy the company of loved ones with our broad selection of authentic dishes including our platters, lamb chops, kufta casserole, shawermas, and chicken tikka.

Lunch
Jump right into the authentic Mediterranean cuisine of Kabab King made from our passed down family recipes. During lunch we offer a plethora of true dishes such as our sandwiches wrapped in markouk bread and served with fries. Our lineup also features chicken and meat shawerma as well as chicken tawook.

Mediterranean Grilled Entrees
A mix of Shish kabab, Kieta kabab, Shish Tawook, Quails, Shawerma and Lamb chops served with humus, babaganouj, fatoush salad, motawma, rice, grilled tomatoes & onions. There’s are no better side dishes to have next to your large array of meat other than some fresh Fatoush, rice Humus and Babaganouj.

Shawerma Platter
Dive into succulent layers of beef and lamb with our authentic Shawerma platter. We hand-cut and slowly cook each and every piece making this plate a delicacy. This plate comes with our homemade special Tahini dip and rice. You can choose to top this delicious plate with freshly sliced and picked vegetables like lettuce, parsley, onions, tomatoes and more!

Cocktails
Our drinks are made from freshly picked fruits and vegetables as soon as you order them. That means the fruit is washed, cut and blended as soon as you place your order in. There’s not a better way to cool down and there’s nothing that can compliment your food better other than our blended drinks.

Seafood
We’ve used a wide and distinct mixture of spices that blend together to tastefully compliment our fresh fish. The fish is cooked to the ideal level of crispiness while the inside is tender and warm. We top our fish with chopped parsley and tomatoes. Bite into this deep sea dish and experience the Mediterranean cuisine like you’ve never experienced it before.

Falafel
Each Falafel ball is cooked to the point where it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our Falafel’s are topped with our famous Tahini dip. You can choose to top our scrumptious Falafels and Tahini dip with chickpeas, onions, parsley, garlic and anything else you want! We can assure you that you’ll be savoring each and every bite of our Falafels.
